Can I purchase insurance after buying a pass without it?
Absolutely! You can add insurance at any time after your initial purchase. Just make sure to use the same details as your first purchase so we can link them together seamlessly.
What if I didn't upload my image or uploaded the wrong one?
No worries at all. Once you gain access to your account (After 15th May), you'll be able to upload the correct image with ease.
What should I do if I entered incorrect information (e.g., birthday, name)?
Simply reach out to our support team with the correct details. We'll guide you through the steps to update your information quickly and easily.
I've purchased the wrong pass. How can I fix this?
It's an easy fix. Send an email to sales@pureturoa.nz with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will get in touch with you to resolve the matter.
I work in Ohakune or Raetihi, what pass should I buy?
We have two amazing deals for local workers, specially priced All Mountain or Midweek Season Passes that even beat our launch offer pricing. These can be collected from our Ohakune town office - Tūroa HQ or on the mountain any time during the season. Tūroa HQ opening date is coming soon.
